Konica KM512i LNB 30PL Printhead Description
The Konica Minolta KM512i LNB 30PL printhead is designed for reliable solvent-based printing with exceptional durability. Featuring 512 nozzles, a 30 pl droplet size, binary operation, and a native resolution of 360 dpi, it delivers consistent and sharp printing performance for industrial and signage applications. Built with shear-mode on-demand piezo technology, this genuine Konica Minolta printhead ensures stable, reliable operation.
The LNB-30 is a solvent-only variant with no integrated heater, making it well suited to solvent and eco-solvent inks that can achieve reliable jetting viscosity at room temperature. It can support both hard-solvent and eco-solvent formulations, while UV and oil-based inks typically require a heated printhead such as the KM512 LH with its integrated 55°C heater. Please confirm your specific ink formulation with our team before ordering.
Each printhead includes the required waveform data for accurate integration and optimal printing results.
