Seiko SPT510-35 Printhead Description

Equipped with 510 nozzles arranged in 6 rows, the Seiko SPT510 35PL printhead offers an effective print width of 71.8 mm and a resolution of 180 dpi, meeting the daily outdoor printing needs for banners, vehicle wraps, and lightbox graphics. Engineered for stability and longevity, it features a built-in damper, filter, and streamlined ink path to ensure consistent printing.

With a drop volume of 35 pl, the Seiko 510 35 pl printhead is ideal for high-speed, cost-effective commercial printing applications, offering a great balance between image clarity and printing efficiency.

Widely used in grand-format printers like Infiniti FY-3206, this printhead offers easy maintenance, excellent color performance, and a lifespan 4–5 times longer than many standard models. It replaces the earlier IRH1513D-1321 version.
