Konica KM HS2000 Printhead Description

The Konica HS2000 printhead, a replacement of the Konica Minolta KM1024i SHE 6pl printhead, features 1024 nozzles with a droplet size of 6 picoliters and a native resolution of 360 dpi to achieve high-quality printing. It offers a maximum drive frequency of 56 kHz, approximately three times greater than that of the KM1024 series, making it ideal for developing single-pass system inkjet printers capable of high-speed printing.

Like the previous KM1024 series, it is equipped with a high-performance IC. It can print up to 8 grayscale levels. It can be used for new applications that require richer grayscale levels and high-precision image quality.

The Konica Minolta KM HS2000 is a genuine original high-speed shear-mode piezo on-demand UV inkjet printhead and the official drop-in replacement for the discontinued KM1024i SHE 6PL.

Designed for industrial UV inkjet applications, the KM HS2000 retains the 72 mm print width and nozzle surface of the KM1024i SHE while introducing a significantly higher maximum firing frequency and an upgraded independent drive system.
