Pump Capping Station DG-43329 for Mutoh VJ-1638 Printers Description

This maintenance assembly is suitable for Mutoh Valuejet 1638 printers. This is the original Mutoh part (number DG-43329).

1. Ink Suction
The pump station transfers ink from the main ink cartridge to the printhead through negative pressure, ensuring a continuous and stable ink supply during printing, preventing problems such as ink interruption and uneven color.

2. Printhead Cleaning
It is connected to the cleaning device of the printhead (such as wiper, cap, etc.). When the printer performs "cleaning" or "maintenance" operations, the pump station extracts the residual ink and air from the printhead to keep it unobstructed and prevent clogging.

3. Maintaining system pressure
