With a native resolution of 600 dpi and a maximum drive frequency of 30 kHz, this printhead ensures precise droplet placement and exceptional image clarity even at printing speeds up to 75 m/min.
Equipped with 2,656 nozzles positioned across a 108.25 mm print width with a 0.042 mm nozzle pitch, it consistently produces fine 5 picoliter drops, achieving both high density and smooth tonal gradations. The printhead’s integrated heater stabilizes ink viscosity under varying temperatures, while its built-in microfilters prevent impurities from clogging the nozzles, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
