Epson DX5 Head Water-Based Printhead (F160010) Description

The Epson DX5 water-based print head is compatible with various printer models as specified in their compatibility lists. This fifth-generation micro-piezo print head by Epson offers a native resolution of 1440 dpi, featuring 8 nozzle lines that correspond to 8 independent ink channels, each with 180 nozzles.

Suitable for both 4-color and 8-color printers, the Epson DX5 provides a variable droplet size ranging from 1.5 picoliters to a maximum of 21 picoliters. The standard firing frequency for this print head is 8 kHz.

As a new-generation print head, it enables high-speed and high-resolution printing with water-based dye and pigment inks. The Epson DX5 original print head is supplied in a sealed Epson package.
