How long is the service life of the UV printer print head?

The service life of the print head of the UV printer is long or short, depending on what brand and price of the print head are used. Epson print heads have a lifespan of about 6 months. If you use the Epson UV printer print head every day, its life can be extended to 10 months. If you do not pay attention to maintenance and use, it may be scrapped in 3 months.

The life of the UV printer print head is mainly affected by the following three aspects

1. Type of print head, the higher the price of the print head, the better the quality, and the longer the life of the print head.

2. Ink quality, the fewer impurities in the ink, the higher the purity, and the longer the life of the print head.

3. For daily maintenance, the cleaning, and maintenance of the print head are done in detail, and the longer the life of the print head is.

Print head life varies by model. Now the main print heads of UV printers on the market are Ricoh, Toshiba, Epson, and others print heads.

The life of the print head of the UV printer under normal use is approximate as follows

The life of an Epson print head is about 3 months to 6 months;
The life of the Ricoh print head is about 9 months to 18 months;
Toshiba print head life is about 24 months to 36 months.

The first problem in choosing a UV printer is the life of the print head. It should also be considered the stability of the print head, price, later maintenance costs (the price of replacing the print head), after-sales service, and other factors.
